Te Koanga - The Nest

This lovely 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the hillside overlooking the airport.  A short drive to popular Nikao beach for that great beach vibe.  Also a very short drive to Avarua town and the shops, cafes, Restaurants, bars and the Market. 

Open plan and kitchen dining area opening onto the large lounge, off that is a lovely deck with ample outdoor seating and BBQ, the deck is gated so safe for small children. 

Enjoy a well equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer and microwave.  A Television along with a media player with a large selection of movies along with a stereo for music are provided.  Laundry facilities with indoor and outdoor clotheslines are located around the back of the house AND the house is fully insect screened.  There is ample off street parking.

The house boasts a pool which is shared with the house next door.

The gardens are well maintained featuring tropical plants and flowers interspersed with the occasional fruit tree/vine which if they are in season you can pick straight off the plant and enjoy!.  

The house boasts 3 large  bedrooms all with wardrobes and ceiling fans. Room configuration is 1 x super king, 1 x queen and 2 x singles, so great for those family or small group holidays.

We provide our guests with a Wi-Fi internet connection, this is a Bluesky Hotspot and can be accessed by purchasing a Wi-Fi card from a Bluesky outlet.  The charges and more info are on the link below.
