Anchor's Sand Villa 2 - it's always a good day at the beach!

This executive style holiday home has 2 stories with 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located absolute beachfront on Tikioki beach.    The house is comprised of 3 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom. Downstairs there is another bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom as well as an additional toilet.  All bedrooms have expansive views over the lagoon. 

The rest of the house is open plan kitchen / dining and living room with views to the lagoon.  A sliding door opens onto a large deck with outdoor seating, daybed and BBQ to enjoy evening BBQ's on the veranda with wine and cocktails and take in the view.

This is a funky modern house with a great relaxed feel.  Lovely polished floorboards throughout, modern furniture.  Enjoy a fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and microwave with all the mod cons, there are laundry facilities with indoor and outdoor clotheslines.

​A Television along with a media player with a large selection of movies is provided. A Wi-Fi Hotspot (charges apply) is also available throughout the house. 

The house is fully insect screened with security doors.  The property is fenced for privacy, snorkeling gear, a hammock and kayaks are provided with the property. Tikioki beach is home to Fruits of Rarotonga famous for its snorkeling. Across the road is Rito Cook Islands, specializing in cold pressed coconut oil and lotions. Rito Cook Islands offer tours which are a must do while on the island.

Also within walking distance are local dairies, Charlie’s Paddle Board hire and Chantels Concierge and Rumours Waterfall Spa. Popular Muri beach Village with it’s cafes, restaurants, night market, beach bars and Resorts is only a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away.
